I offer a range of services, from supporting start-up's to understand how to manage their accounting records through to final accounts preparation for sole traders and partnerships, along with general bookkeeping for limited companies and LLP's. I am also a Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor and can set up Quickbooks for you and run your bookkeeping for you. I also use Xero and Freeagent accounting packages.
Costs are assessed on a client by client basis but once an ongoing contract is established then costs will be fixed at an agreed level.
VAT RETURN AND MTD
We can prepare and submit your VAT return for you using software that is Making Tax Digital compliant.

This is a popular one-off service where we go through how to record your accounting info and what can (and can't) be claimed as allowable expenses in your business accounts. I then set you up with a cashbook spreadsheet to record your transactions. This is a one off service at a cost of £75
ABOUT ME
My name is Andrea Frate and I am an AAT Qualified and Licensed Bookkeeper based in Maidenhead. However, I have also had a variety of other careers in retail management, surveying and branded product sales, the latter for 15 years as a sole trader. So I have a wealth of practical business experience to offer, as well as first hand knowledge of the issues of being a small business owner.
My aim is to support small to medium sized businesses with bookkeeping services bespoke to their business needs.
I believe it is really important for all businesses, even start-ups, to 'Know Your Numbers!' and I aim to help businesses understand more than just turnover.
